To start this new formula, we made ourselves a treat and brewed a style of beer that we really enjoy : the New England IPA. It's based on a silky, smooth texture, a low bitterness, but a huge dose of aromatic hops, especially during the fermentation. The result is a beer that feels and tastes like a fruit juice, with some alcohol inside.. Cheers!
